The quality policy of Omega Byte Kft.

Our primary goal is to achieve and increase the satisfaction of our customers and our environment - all stakeholders associated with our company - as a company manufacturing quality products that strives to fully satisfy customer requirements while achieving economical production, with a focus on error prevention.

We meet our customers' quality expectations. We manufacture our products using good-quality materials, taking into account technical expediency and suitability for reliable, long-term use, applying modern solutions and technology.

Our objectives

• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• Full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Setting measurable quality objectives and reviewing them regularly at all levels of the organisation.
• Providing the resources necessary to achieve the quality objectives, including infrastructure, the work environment and financial resources.
• Continuous training and development of our employees in order to maintain and expand their professional competences.
• Continuous modernisation of manufacturing technology, use of modern tools and methods.
• Developing climate-conscious processes, optimising energy use and reducing environmental impact.

Management commitment

The management of Omega Byte Kft. is committed to operating and continuously improving the quality management system. Management ensures that the quality policy is known and understood at all levels of the organisation, and that the quality objectives are consistent with the strategic direction of the company.

Management regularly reviews the suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system and takes the necessary measures for continuous improvement.
